• Wash bicycle
• Remove chainset and check BB bearings
• Check and adjust gears
• Check and adjust brakes
• Check cone adjustment
• Check and true wheels
• Check tyres
• Check headset adjustment
• Check all fasteners
• Road test

Gold

• Strip cycle down completely
• Clean frame and forks
• Clean all components
• Check BB bearings (service if possible)
• Service wheel hubs
• Check and true wheels
• Check tyres
• Service headset
• Rebuild cycle
• Refit and setup gears
• Refit and setup brakes
• Torque all fasteners
• Road test
